Danhaus is owned and run by a former Environmental Health Officer with many years' experience relating to private sector housing & related environmental health issues. He has worked for a number of Local Authorities across the North West, Greater Manchester and Yorkshire areas, gaining valuable experience and knowledge along the way relating to the UK housing market.
As well as a BSc (Hons) degree in Environmental Health, he also has a BA (Hons) degree in International Business and a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has spent many years working with landlords and tenants, which has brought with it invaluable experience of the private rented sector. He was among the first Environmental Health Officers to become fully qualified to undertake Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections when they first appeared in 2006 and gained his qualification from the University of Warwick.
